OCA is registered as a Limited Company by guarantee.

Accordingly, OCA has a two tier organizational structure with a Board of Directors and a Management Team.

The Board of Directors include:

• Chairman
• Vice Chairman
• Secretary/National Coordinator/CEO
• Membership of OCA is either individual or corporate. Currently membership is free. *This may change over time. 

A core Management Team consisting of the following:

• A National Coordinator/Chief Executive Officer/HR/Fundraising/PR
• Finance, Operations/logistics and Administrative Officer
• Research, Projects development, ICT, Policy Advocacy, information dissemination and networking Officer
• Other positions are contractual and will be projects specific.
